Very happy! I believe we had about 24 windows installed and they were done in about 5 hours. The installation crew was very impressive and very courteous as well. Far exceeded our expectations, the whole process from customer service, sales staff, installers, to the quality of the windows was Fantastic. You also can’t beat the lifetime warranty that also transfers to the new owners if you sell the home. Talk about a great selling point, if you ever decide to put your house on the market, that alone is HUGE! Thank you Window World!!! Simply the Best!

Window World of Rockford provided a great experience. From start to finish the process was exactly as described. The windows were manufactured ahead of schedule and they appear to be quality products. The installation team was excellent. They were very prompt and worked like a well oiled machine. Each person from the crew shook my hand and greeted me. They worked quickly and efficiently, but took to the time to answer my questions. They also cleaned up after themselves. It’s obvious that customer service is a top priority within the Rockford branch. When it’s time to replace other windows in my home, I would not hesitate to use them again!
