Window World is amazing from start to finish. The sales rep was amazing and responded to many follow up emails in a timely manner. The office staff sent emails about my order to keep me update and worked to schedule the job on a day that worked best for me. The service crew arrived on time, was professional, and took extra care with the dogs to keep them from getting out and cleaned the area well so they wouldn’t find anything to chew on. Afterwards, the owner called to see how everything went and even informed me of a charge that I was being refunded because they did not need to complete that level of work as was originally thought. Great service and great price for great windows.
