Window World of Rockford Donates Material and Manpower to Build Family a Ramp

Through a collaboration with RAMP CIL, Window World employees help a family in need

building ramp ROCKFORD, I.L., April 8, 2016 – Yesterday, two employees from Window World of Rockford donated their time to build a ramp for a family in Belvidere, IL who needed assistance entering and exiting their home. Mike Sarver and Tom Baker of Window World of Rockford worked with the nonprofit organization, RAMP CIL, a group of determined and caring individuals that provide solutions to advance the lives of people with disabilities.

home with window world trailerWindow World enjoys taking time to help the community, and is affiliated with nonprofit organizations like, Window World Cares, the Veterans Airlift Command (VAC) and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. This is the first ramp building project that Window World of Rockford has done with this organization, however, the employees plan to be involved with several more projects throughout the year.
